Subject to receipt of payment, orders will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours (depending on capacity) and delivery confirmed by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Every effort is made to effect delivery of the order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should delays be expected we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.
Delivery options:
1. Courier: There is a Standard flat fee on all orders shipped via courier of R90. Our delivery lead time is mainly determined by two factors, order time (time of day) and the delivery address, so delivery times could vary from order to order. Below is an estimated breakdown of delivery lead times based on where you live.
2. Collect from Magic Firefly
When opting for the collection option you will be able to collect from our place, once you have received notification that your order is ready for collection. Details will be sent to you.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-delivery.
